OUR STORY

In July 2022 we (Fabiano and Dexter) came together to form SETS. Our studio is built on a mutual goal, to help members build strength and learn precise technique in order to achieve the best possible results, whilst remaining injury free.

Our sessions are structured to provide a safe and effective training environment that is easily scaled to suit all fitness types.

A SAFE TRAINING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL OUR MEMBERS

Our membership structure is based on fitting around your lifestyle. Ranging from two classes per week to unlimited classes per week.

Don't like to be locked in to a membership? We offer 10 and 20 class packs for those who like a bit more flexibility.

At SETS we strive to create a safe training environment for all our members, with a key focus on  correct technique. Our sign-up process includes a personal consultation with one of our experienced coaches, to help us understand your personal goals and allow you to familiarise yourself with our studio.
