OUR CLASSES

Our sessions are structured to provide a safe and effective training, that is easily scaled to suit all fitness levels.

Strength & Conditioning

For our strength classes, compound movements are prioritised, and paired with accessory movements to create structural balance.

We follow a periodised strength program across a 4 week block. Each block placing a high priority on assisting our members in gaining strength safely and effectively. All strength sessions finish with a conditioning piece to get the heart rate up and bring on a sweat!
Cardiovascular

For our cardiovascular classes, a multitude of different training styles (HIIT, circuit, partner, group and more) are implemented to produce a well-rounded cardiovascular response.

Using full body strength movements and our cardio machines (rowers, bikes, skis and assault bikes) a priority is placed each session on the anerobic or aerobic systems. Most importantly, we want to bring on a sweat and have some fun!
HYBRID

A two-part session designed for complete fitness.

The first half builds strength through barbell and dumbbell work. The second half shifts gears into high-intensity conditioning with erg machines, bodyweight movements, and fast-paced circuits for a full-body finish.
Conditioning (Hyrox Style)

A 60-minute, high-intensity cardio session built in the style of HYROX.

Running is at the core, combined with functional movement patterns and conditioning circuits that mirror the demands of competition. Ideal for those preparing for HYROX or anyone looking to test their endurance and capacity in a functional, fast-paced format.
