what to expect in our classes
Our sessions are structured to provide a safe and effective training, that is easily scaled to suit all fitness types.
Warm up
All classes begin with a specific warm up, placing high priority on glute and core exercises.
Bring a water bottle & towel
Make sure you bring your own water bottle and towel for the session. We do not provide one for you.
Strength Classes
For our strength classes, compound movements are prioritised, and paired with accessory movements to create structural balance.
Cardiovascular Classes
For our cardiovascular classes, a multitude of different training styles (HIIT, circuit, partner, group) are implemented to produce a well-rounded cardiovascular response.

In line with our experience and passion for training, we provide you with some of the best equipment to optimise your training. For our strength components, you’ll have access to brand new barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and squat racks. For our cardio components we have brand new cardio machines, tried and tested by your experienced coaches.
We have ample parking available behind and adjacent to our studio.
