With generous floor space, our studio has been designed to offer a comfortable experience with room to move freely during our group classes.
In line with our experience and passion for training, we provide you with some of the best equipment to optimise your training. For our strength components, you’ll have access to brand new barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and squat racks. For our cardio components we have brand new cardio machines, tried and tested by your experienced coaches.

Our sessions are structured to provide a safe and effective training, that is easily scaled to suit all fitness types.
What to expect in our classes
All classes begin with a specific warm up, placing high priority on glute and core exercises. A good quality warm up is the best way to prevent injuries and improve performance.
For our strength classes, compound movements are prioritised, and paired with accessory movements to create structural balance. For our cardiovascular classes, a multitude of different training styles (HIIT, circuit, partner, group) are implemented to produce a well-rounded cardiovascular response.
